Platitudes and snooping, too

Written November 2nd, 2014 by Hasso Hering

Something that came in the mail struck a wrong note. It was labeled a “personalized vote history” of the named mail recipient. And the message sounded wrong not just because of its gratuitous platitudes but because of the level of unwarranted snooping that it reveals.

And again, this &*%#@ time change!

Written November 1st, 2014 by Hasso Hering

Did you hear anybody complain? Sure you did. About the weather. About the the lying campaign ads. About the greedy fools running our country and many corporations. But about the time? No, not about that. Nobody has complained about the time.
