
On a bike ride last week, I passed a building under construction on Southwest Queen Avenue that struck me as being in line with Albany’s continued effort to increase housing density in residential districts.

‘Climate friendly areas’ hit a slight delay
As ordered by the state bureaucracy, Albany will have five so-called “climate friendly areas,” but not quite yet. At least one council member thinks it’s a bad idea for Albany.
