
If you can’t rely on zoning to protect your home and neighborhood from unwelcome change, what can you rely on? Maybe the city council in at least one pending Albany case. We’ll see in a couple of weeks.

Albany pushes to add houses and density
On a bike ride last week, I passed a building under construction on Southwest Queen Avenue that struck me as being in line with Albany’s continued effort to increase housing density in residential districts.
