In what was pretty much a formality, the Albany Planning Commission has approved a 22-unit apartment complex on Southeast Salem Avenue and a 23-lot subdivision on Northwest Gibson Hill Road.

Small district’s water service is assured

Customers in the Dumbeck Lane Water District got reassuring news Wednesday. Arrangements have been made for continued water service after their small district outside the urban growth boundary in North Albany goes out of business this fall.

North Albany housing project: Another step
