Traffic should soon be able to get back on Albany’s Queen Avenue from Pacific Boulevard as a contractor winds up a $4 million reconstruction and repaving project.


Fixing Albany streets: more work on Queen

As Albany drivers have noticed, part of Queen Avenue is partially closed for construction. This is the first phase of a two-phase project that has to be finished by Nov. 1.


Repaving ahead on Washington and Queen

Sections of two main traffic routes in Albany, Washington Street and Queen Avenue, are due to be repaved starting this summer at a construction cost totaling about $7.5 million.
