Wondering about Queen crossing upgrade

It was raining Tuesday when the bike and I came up to the railroad crossing on Queen Avenue.  The crossing arms were down and rail cars loaded with lumber blocked the street.

The Queen Avenue railroad crossing, long the bane of Albany motorists because of its extreme bumpiness, is finally going to get fixed starting next week.
