Millersburg reload hub: Next steps

Things have been strangely silent since I reported on July 6 on the $25 million allocation for a possible Millersburg intermodal shipping hub that Rep. Andy Olson got approved as part of the legislature’s transportation law. But it won’t be quiet long.

Cameras could snap speeders too

Albany and other cities could use their red-light cameras to also catch speeders under a bill pending in the Oregon House. But the sensors at Queen and Geary may not be accurate enough for speeding tickets to stand up in court.
