For February, the weather was nice on Wednesday afternoon. IÂ used the occasion for one of my occasional visits to Bowers Rock State Park, which must rank as the most neglected of all the Oregon state parks.

At least there’s no ‘s’ in Cumberland
Probably the least important question about the Cumberland project in Albany is how to spell it. But it would be helpful to decide on one official version, if only for the benefit of those of us who report on it now and then.
