On a bike ride along the Albany riverfront Friday I went out on one of the two viewing piers. Here’s what I found.

By the time I saw this on Friday afternoon, it was too late in the day to ask the Albany Parks Department how much it had to spend to repair the damage to the two viewing piers on the river.

Both platforms had been rebuilt as part of the Albany Waterfront Project when vandals damaged them last summer. I’ll add the cost of repairs when I find out what it was. (hh)

I’m glad to hear about the repairs, and I have noticed that the lights have still been lit in the evening.
