To the casual observer, the 700 block of Elm Street in Albany may look a little bare these days. A couple of good-size elm trees are no longer there.

A subdivision of planned ‘entry-level’ houses
The streets have been paved, trees have been planted, and even the mail boxes are ready in the Honey Grove Subdivision in East Albany. Houses will come next.
