On a dead-end section of Pine Street in Albany’s Willamette Neighborhood, a dilapidated dwelling boarded up since 2022 managed to accumulate a jaw-dropping $768,500 in city fines for code violations.

Buyer hopes to fix up condemned dwelling
Three years ago the city of Albany condemned a manufactured house on Pine Street as a “derelict structure.” Now a prospective new owner hopes to turn the place into somebody’s home once again.
