Benton County has set a date for the board of commissioners to hear the appeal by Northside Christian Church, which wants to build a worship building and parking lot in a North Albany field.
As expected, Northside Christian Church has not given up on its plan to build a church complex in a rural residential neighborhood outside the city limits in North Albany.
On March 17, the Benton County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing before deciding whether to allow a church, gymnasium and 269-space parking lot to be built on a 19-acre property in rural North Albany.
Benton board approves Northside permit
The Benton County Board of Commissioners today voted 2-1 to approve a conditional use permit for the Northside Christian Church to build a worship and event center on Powers Avenue in North Albany.
