Albany resident Nate Vanek has been busy this summer, adding stick sculptures to a gravel bar in the Willamette River. Let’s take another look at them before the river comes up and wipes them out.

Fun on a wall: It’s a changing scene
A week ago I found myself in the back parking lot of the Habitat for Humanity Restore off Santiam Road, and I glanced again at the folk art on the outside of the Albany Skatepark.
