Wandering around old Albany on the bike without any goal in mind, I sometimes find myself in places that are so out of the way I have never paid them any attention before.
If you’re homeless and living in your car, where in Albany can you park? Not in the city’s so-called “Central Albany Parking Area,” which is near two homeless shelters and should be called the no-parking area instead.

The Albany City Council majority is still hoping to get at least $145,000 for three vacant lots it is trying to sell near the Pacific Boulevard overpass at Jackson Street and Ninth Avenue.
