Albany city officials are confident the planned Valliscor chemical manufacturing plant on Ferry Street will be a great asset to the local economy with an impact of millions of dollars per year.

The City of Albany’s planning division is reviewing a site plan for a new chemical manufacturing plant a Corvallis company intends to build at 2435 Ferry St. S.W.
