The more or less steady rain has kept me off the bike for a few days, sad to say. Keeping the backyard bird feeders filled is not strictly a necessity, but it’s something to do.

Right on time, back after a long trip
Over the last couple of days a small group of colorful visitors presented themselves at the feeder outside my window, fairly inviting themselves into this blog.
