Albany okays site plan for 83 cottages

If the developers follow through on their approved plans, a 4.2-acre parcel of vacant land just south of the Albany Public Library will become a tightly packed neighborhood of single-family cottages.

When actual news takes place, you can usually find me elsewhere. On Saturday, for instance the bike and I checked on an out-of-the way corner of Albany we had visited almost exactly a year before.
