In case the closed gates on Bryant Way outside of Albany don’t do the trick, the Linn County Road Department has emphasized the message with a sign that could not be clearer.

Once again part of the Calapooia River has swamped Bryant Way outside of Albany, and the road was closed on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 4. Gates recently installed by Linn County proved their worth by keeping motorists from temptation and out of trouble.

Road’s not dry, yet
As you can see, Bryant Way outside of Albany was still closed on Wednesday afternoon. But the flooding covered only one section of the road instead of two on Monday.
