As for the bumps in the new pavement where there are manhole covers on Albany’s downtown Highway 20 couplet, the city says ODOT won’t fix them but the city will.
On Lyon, less space for cyclists

I wonder if this is what the designers had in mind: Putting the sidewalk that close to heavy traffic in front of the new Albany Fire Department’s Station 11 and Hasty Freez, one of the best burger-and-shake joints in town.

Those holes in the road: Being fixed
No more sudden jolts when driving on Lyon and Ellsworth Streets in downtown Albany. A contractor for the city is finishing what was left undone when ODOT repaved the downtown couplet of Highway 20 last year.
