At Albany’s Talking Water Gardens the other day, I noticed something new: Three spiffy bike racks near the entrance. Is that supposed to be a hint to bike riders to leave their wheels behind and proceed on foot?

While the weather is nice, getting around town on a bicycle is easy and fun. And all the places where people on bikes usually go might want to consider whether there’s a handy place for riders to park their wheels.

Riverfront beat: Taking a look at The Banks
