It’s been almost exactly four years since Albany’s urban renewal agency agreed to provide financial aid for the renovation of the Fortmiller Building downtown. Now the developers are ready to show off the result.

Albany’s war on vagrancy, crime

Albany has banned unauthorized camping on public property and set up a zone from which the municipal court may banish repeat criminals for up to a year. Both measures are in effect starting now.
